Fashion Booth Shop is a trading name of Libjo Ecom Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. References in this document to "we", "us", "our" or "Fashion Booth Shop" mean Libjo Ecom Limited trading as Fashion Booth Shop.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns are free of charge — the return label we provide is prepaid. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, or that are returned without their original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we also cannot accept items where a hygiene seal has been removed. Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your specific item.

Sale items may be returned on the same terms as full-price items; refunds are issued at the price you actually paid. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

United Kingdom 14 day cooling off period

In addition to the above, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day period. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may then take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the funds.
