You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags and in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase. Returns are free of charge: we send you a prepaid return label, whether the item is faulty or you are simply not satisfied. Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund within 5 business days. As a UK consumer you may also cancel within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason.
